联合优网Autodesk公司新版本的检测系统PowerInspect，是一款开放的检测软件，不受测量设备的限制，即可以在线检测，也可以脱机检测。它能够以惊人的快速读取各种主流格式的三维CAD模型，并能方便的和各种知名的测量机生产厂商的检测设备联机工作，进行检测数据与理想的CAD模型在线检测对比，以不同颜色点云的方式来显示误差的信息，并能方便的输出符合国际标准的检测报告。
新版的PowerInspect不仅提供在机检测的功能，还能够在检测前针对读取的CAD模型进行检测路径的编程工作，并进行检测的仿真。随后可以把编制好的程序传输给CNC检测设备，进行自动检测。同时，编制检测程序，可以使设计和检测部门的相关人员协同工作，提高检测的效率。多种智能定位策略，尤其是Best Fit、Free Form等自由形体找正方式，可以帮助客户轻松的将理想的CAD模型坐标系和检测模型坐标系找正。
